4. Lifetime Comfort Shield and Membership Programs
Our Lifetime Comfort Shield warranty and our HVAC maintenance memberships are governed by separate program terms provided at the time of enrollment. The terms of those programs, including coverage, exclusions, transferability, and cancellation, take precedence over any general information on this website. Enrollment requires your electronic signature acknowledging the program terms.
5. Electronic Signatures
When you submit certain forms on our website, including but not limited to the Lifetime Comfort Shield enrollment form, you agree that your typed name and submission of the form constitute your electronic signature and have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. You consent to the use of electronic records and signatures as permitted by the federal E-SIGN Act and the South Carolina Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
6. SMS Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our website chat widget, form, or other opt-in method, you agree to receive text messages from Elevate Home Specialists. The terms below describe the SMS program in detail. These provisions are a material part of the agreement between you and Elevate Home Specialists.
6.1 Program Description

6.2 How to Opt In

6.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for transactional communications such as appointment reminders, and up to 4 promotional messages per month.
6.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for each text message sent or received in connection with our SMS program, depending on the plan you have with your mobile carrier. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6.5 How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting "STOP" to the number from which you receive our messages.
After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will not receive additional SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin the program, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

6.7 Eligibility
